New to the forum (obviously, thats why I am posting here!)
My wife drives a Palio 1.2 2000 model.
The cam belt tensioner failed yesterday, causing the belt itself to come off.
I feared the worst... :bang:
I found this forum and realised this was a non-interference motor.
Popped down to the local parts store, got a new tensioner and belt and using guidance from a panda thread on the same subject, change it tonight.
Like a dream...
Easy to work on, cheap parts!
