My name is Alex, I bought a mk2b Fiat Punto last year as it was cheap on insurance. Owning it has been great so far, I love the style of it and its fuel economy, the engine is very responsive and pulls really well (its a 1.2 8V), it sounds great too, very raspy. I find it quiet and refined, especially around town, the seats are also suprisingly comfy, well padded 
.
The only problems I had were noises from the gearbox due to worn bearings, I had a reconditioned gearbox fitted to sort that out.
I joined the forum for information regarding maintenance, spare parts and modifying. I want to learn more about them and fuel my passion for all things italian :yum:.
