here she is

stilo.jpg

iam hoping to get it super chipped and some alloys whats your opinions on the matter ?

Mappings the best for the jtd stilo ..welcome to the forum and the stilo massive (y)

115 bhp to around 160 bhp and vroooom

Best tell your insurance if your getting it done ..and if you want it done check out the next R/R day in the events section (y)

hopefully it shouldnt be much more because my dads on teh insurance currently its a grand for insurance

a grand for insurance, are you insured as a learner on your own poicy with him as named, or are you under his policy with him taking insurance?

looks a nice car and welcome to the jtd club :D

well i went on confused.com and put the details in that i passed today and got a quote for one thousand and something

yes, but is that with you as the main drive, or as a named secondary one?

anyway, nice stilo!Wish I could of afforded something like that when i was that young :(

a grand for insurance at 17, you are seriously having a laugh , i pay £1300 at the moment with 1 years no claims, going down to a grand when i get 2 years (y)

seriously, expect something near twice that ;)

as far as i know, not meaning to have a dig or be rude of course

if you are the main driver of the car, you should be driver number one with licence held 0 years and 0 ncb ;)

and your dad should be the 2nd driver, i have my mum on my policy as a second driver and it reduced it, as she isnt the main user (she doesnt use it at all, except to move it on drive ). try yourself as driver no 1 with dad as 2nd (y)

just airing my view on the matter

Just leave the noob alone, hes got his qoute, proved it to us that he can get it for £1000 so long as its legal then theres no probs, for those of same age and have higher qoutes i guess you shouldve researched more or shopped around further IMO they should never have allowed second driver, main driver etc to lower policy prices if you have a car you should be on own policy and thats that

welcome to forum
