I recently just bought my first car, a Punto Mk2 1.2 Active 8V 5 door. Although I got a good deal on it, it's not quite perfect so I thought I'd join the forums to learn more about my car and how to fix some issues.
Now, I'm a complete noob to cars in general so some of my questions won't necessarily be Punto related.
I'm fairly sure my battery's dead, but I can't open the bonnet. The bonnet release is the little orange lever, right? That doesn't do anything. Perhaps the release cable has snapped?
