found this forum by chance whilst looking for info about my Punto (doing some routine maintenance)
My name is Paul and I live in Washington (Tyne & Wear).
Had my Punto for 6 years now, bought it when it was 2. Its a V reg (March 2000) 5 door ELX, the deep red colour (is it Scilla Red).
The Punto is the best car I have owned bar none, easy to drive, cheap to insure & tax, great fuel economy (50mpg now thats good) and it looks a decent small car.
Well, expect to see a few posts from me in the future. Just started to do work on the car, I'm not very mechanically minded by the way (Im a graphic designer) so you will have to bear with me.
PS, just changed the plugs and oil today.... took me 5 hours.....
this pretending to be a mechanic is bloody hard work.
