I was a member here once upon a time (6 years ago now) I had a T-Jet from new then, owned it for around 1 year before selling it to get another cliosport (sukka for these during my misspent youth. I am now back in the market for a GP, I will be getting a M-Jet or a T-Jet and would love a bit of help from the people in the know.
I am looking at an 09 T-Jet, 70k on the clock, grey and Abarth wheels, stunning, but it has an issue... It keeps popping out of 4th gear, if this is a linkage or synco issue I would have a bargain here as I can pick it up for a lot less than book price, I am apprehensive for obvious reasons, the garage claim it is perfect other than that and it appears so, the previous owner apparently lost the service book so it has no history either
. There is a red example with 56k on the clock 08 plate, full service history ect, looks nice? Well priced and in good condition throughout. And I am also looking at a red M-Jet in my area, 07 plate with 106k on the clock, full service history and will be serviced by the garage before it is take. I also bidded on a turbo charged panda recently and lost it at the last minute, I am hopeful the buyer backs out and the car is offered to me and this car would be a superb option, fingers crossed.
just a bit of general advice would be great guys, I was heavily into my cars for many years until illness meant my licence was revoked for a period of time, but I am back on the scene now. Thank you for your time guys, look forward to your replies.
