Your engine oil needs changing as its either old and/or contaminated with diesel fuel and /or water!- change the engine oil and filter and fit a new diesel fuel filter as well

The flashing oil light is a secondary indication that oil needs renewal.
It is time / distance triggered .
It is not related to water in fuel.
