heater wireing

[punto 8v]

hi im new to the forum an have just bought an 04 plate punto 1.2 8v and the heater dosent work i read the thread on hear and had a look at the wireing i have half of the plug loads of wires just hanging down would be realy helpfull if someone has a wiring diagram with colours on to see if i can resolve this problem also the air bag light is on saying that passenger air bag is deactivated when its switched on and the other air bag light is on too in red

any help would be good thanks

air bag needs to be electronically reset by computer, its quite possible there is no fault its a well known problem.

knowing the wiring colours isn't going to solve anything without a multimeter to test out the lives and earths.

start at the fuse box and work your way towards the fan
