Technical Heater not working..

Hi, can anyone help me with my heater problem?

The fan has hardly any power, it just doesnt change. There is some air coming out and the temperature does change.

There aren't any other obvious side-effects I can think of. and it has been suggested to me that the fault lies with the resistor pack.

so if anyone knows about this or has any other ideas their advice would be much appreciated.

p.s. I have posted this in two sections not meaning to spam but the problem is a bit urgent. the car is a Tipo 1.6 i.e

It easy to remove the resistor pack and make a visual inspection (Under the dash beneath the glovebox. Disconnect the multiplug and remove 2 screws).
I've heard it's more common for the switch to fail, but when mine was playing up (intermittant working, more off than on) it turned out to be a fuse box fault (water ingress).
