Ulysse heater inlet

Hi,
can anybody tell me which is he inlet pipe for a 2003 petrol ulysse as i have no heater i`ve changed the stat and flushed with the hose but both the aluminium pipes that go into the heater matrix are cold after the car has been running for about an hour:bang:
