Technical heater box problem

Hi can anybody tell me why i cant get any hot air in my car, i have a 57 plate bravo with auto climate, the blower fan is working fine but cant get hot air to the screen/face or feet can anyone help:

It's probably that the mixing motors are not moving the flaps because the plastic connectors are broken. Common prolem and a pain in the a*s to get right.

It shares the Silo's climate control but on the Bravo the plastic bits are much harder to reach and replace because you have a big metal ting in the way.

Did it do it on both sides on the same time? ( you have one mixing motor for the left side and one for the right)
