I have a 1971 fiat sport spider (124) I have one high beam on and one low beam on at the same time. How do i fix this ?

does it use 2 bulbs, or one twin filiment bulb?

Sounds like a wiring or bulb issue
You also need RHD headlights, some imports were not changed
MiniSport used to sell 7ins CIBIE headlights for around £30 with main, dip and sidelight, good qualty and reasonable price.
