Headlight adjuster

Got my new bulbs today after advice from this thread:

decided to go with the powerbulbs as they were cheaper and BOGOF and free sidelights!!

Fitted the bulbs and I was wondering which part is the headlight adjuster thingy as mine has never worked since owning the car!
Can someone point it out on this photo and any suggestions on why it doesn't work!!??

This is the motor for hight adjustment from inside the car - turn the above screw a bit left right, but remember how much so you can straighten it again.
If that wont work, disconnect and reconect the connector and if that works take the motor out and test it. The process is described in the instaling mare lights guide
