Head unit turning off and reseting when i turn car off?

Swap the perm live and ignition live over.

take headunit out, take the yellow wire and red wire and swap them over....

worked for me

I had this problem with my sony head unit Tom is right that will fix the problem , its annoying though I had to put in the code and reset all the settings everytime I jumped into the car .

are they the same colour wires in all cars/vans? ie could i do the same in my sprinter as i have the same problem with my aftermarket!

seb.... i even wrote in the e-mail... swop the red and yellow wire round!!

they both have the same bullet connectors.. just swop them...

they are the only 2 u can swop so you can't get it wrong chap..

Should be perfect after that
