Hi guys

I recently purchased a set of Punto alloys for the doblo however I'm having issues with the wheel bolts. I bought the correct Punto alloy bolts but sadly when I fit the alloys I only get 2 turns before it's stupidly tight.

I'm struggling to find the right bolt. I believe I need a length of 30mm in order to fit the Punto alloys to the doblo. I'm also a little confused why it doesn't fit the offset and bore are the same.

I'm thinking the right wheel bolts are the wobbly bolts below. However the tapered fit of the standard bolt is slightly different. (Febi 10633 fitment)

Can anyone help me shed some light on this situation?

Thanks
Sean

Have you tried putting the bolt into the hub WITHOUT the wheel?

If it goes tight, it could be the wrong thread?!?!

Failing that, the hub flange could be too big to allow the wheel to seat properly.

If you've gone from steel wheels to alloys you will need longer bolts, if they are oem wheels you will need radius seat fittings Not 60 degree fittings
