General having braking problems

if you can spot the problem with this one your good, changed front pads back shoes hand brake cables all three,bleed brakes eight times, after changing two master cylinders& rear load sensing valve, AND STILL MANAGE TO GET BRAKE FADE IN THE PEDEL....YOUR THOUGHTS PLEASE, THANKS

is it not fact that the servo being faulty makes the brake pedal hard to push.
ps sorted the caps lock thing,

Tried servo?

changed the servo,
changed master cylinder,
only to finding out there was two differnt types of assit pump.
