I failed :( i failed on 2 things:

1) I hit kerb slightly when doing Parallel park

2) i came off dual carriageway onto a road i've never been on before and there was no speed limit signs so i went 30mph but it was a 40mph road.

Got to wait unitl June now until i can try again [xx(]

Thats bad luck, i would have thought they were minor faults, doing 30 in a 40 zone lots of people do that if it was the other way around i could understand it.

I nearly did the same on mine, came off a road and it was a 40mph from a 60mph road, sat at 30mph then remembered that it was 40mph and quickly brought it up to speed until I turned off very soon after. There probably was a sign when the limit changed but you're not looking for that normally are you...i.e. you want to concentrate on slowing down first IMO.

Hitting the kerb is a "serious" because you're not allowed to make contact/mount it at all.

It's stupid, i mean, who on here hasn't tapped the kerb on a parellel park (well, i have, it can't be only me!) If the rest of your driving was good, i.e max 2 minors, I reckon they should have discretion really.

I am a schizophrenic currently so please bear with me whilst I try to get rid of the 40+ personality.
