have i got abs? anyone know difference in clocks on bravos?

hi do anyone know whether i have abs fitted to my 1.8 x plate bravo, it failed the mot due to the fact the abs light do not illuminate but on sourcing a replacement i cannot find a donor with abs, underneathe the brake fluid container their appears to be a module with several brake pipes going in and out, also on the subject of dashes my current one has bulbs in every socket except the airbag and abs, which have empty sockets and no connector for bulbs to be placed in, could these be led's instead??

1, Easiest way to check to find if you have ABS, is find a nice straight, clear road and whack on the anchors.... break pedal will vibrate rapidly as it prevents the car locking up.

2, If the other lights in the dash are bulbs, the others will be too. Won't be a mix of bulbs and LEDs.

sounds like a cheeky git seller knew it had the problem and swiped the bulbs out.

swap the bulb in from something else and see or if you want to be really cheeky wire up the bulb to the oil bulb and it will illuminate and go out at the same time...

but of course driving with failed abs isn't something I'd condone

The airbag light isn't a conventional bulb. Its a diode - so you won't have a socket for a bulb.

Not sure on the ABS light but unlike the other lights, at the very least the airbag light is a diode.
