Technical Hand brake lever

Hi All
Does anyone know if the Fiorino hand brake and gaiter assembly is unique to this model or is it fitted to any other vans or cars
I'm after a leather gaiter for the hand brake lever in black leather

I have seen them them [see link]but they are £34 from Germany, but i think its only covering up the original rubber one looing at the picture plus it looks ****

The company that made my gear leaver gaiter have said they CAN make a handbrake gaiter but will need a pattern part first I'm not buying the one from Germany

Done a bit of picture hunting and it looks as though the Doblo 2010 and the fiorino look almost identical ..So now on the hunt for Doblo Gaiters

Handbrake part numbers seem to be the same !

Update
Spoken to the guys that made my gear lever gaiter and if I send them the original rubber one they recon that they will be able to make a leather alternative
I'm not sure how the original ones are fitted to the centre console and will not be having a go, so I'll wait untill I find a second hand one on eBay and send them that as a pattern
I have seen complete ones for sale and it does look as though the gaiter has big luggs on it but if the leather one requires a frame of some sort that's something I can deal with when the time comes
