Congratulations on discovering the interwebs :)

Man, just wait til you discover **** like Bebo

bebo is dead is it not??? and was a scottish thing anyways. england it was myspace :p ...

also just thought id confirm the fact im going the scottish day thing at the end of the month. however there will be me and the mrs, and a friend and mrs (4) of us. and we would all like to camp if its possible? either 1 or 2 tents depending on room as its the only viable way of going, sharing costs ect.

lemme know if thats ok/possible and ill defo be there!

Think mine was tempting fate last night - couldn't get anywhere apart from FB, Google and the router GUI telling me everything was peachy. Now everything appears to have randomly returned to normal, maybe it was just testing my patience.

I think if I didn't have access for 18 months, I'd have to be heavily sedated

I once got no internet, worse 24 hours ever!! lol

Like going for a **** and forgetting your phone!

I would hate not having the internet any more, it's bad enough staying in a hotel over night that doesn't have free wi-fi. Saying that I bet my garden would look a damn sight better if I wasn't constantly distracted by the wonders of the web.

haha. well i got it back for work and such but tbh once the first withdrawls are gone you never think about the web.... realisticly we only look at something daft like 7 sites repeatadly

I'm struggling with internet access only on the desktop. Broken yet another lappy (it was ancient and clunky tbf) and hate watching films without being able to instantly look up someone on imdb to work out what I've seen them in before. I'm only just managing to stop myself from buying a netbook to keep me going.

If I had no internet access at all....

nope can't and don't want to imagine it.

My life would be a living hell without internet we can stream films to everyroom in the house, so the kids can watch disney films. If my wee man never got his disney fix he hould be a nightmare i couldn't cope with that :'(

That's no way to talk about Venters ;)

Is it wrong I'd actually like to see your wee boy in nightmare mode? I reckon it'd be quite entertaining as long as I didn't have to sort him out afterwards :D Your kids are great and I love the contrast between them. Your daughter is so sweet and gentle and then there's your son. He's awesome, he's like a wee dynamo. In fact I think you're missing a trick with him - get him on a treadmill or something with a turbine attached and you could probably generate enough electricity to power all of Fife
