Hello,
I have just joined after happening across this site on Google whilst searching for information about my car.
My car is a Marea Weekend JTD130 HLX, a W Reg, which I have owned for the last 2 years. It is metallic sunset red (lovely colour) and has leather trim and a sunroof as well as all of the usual HLX gadgets. An excellent car but it is off the road at the moment with an alternator belt issue.
This means I am using my wife's Multipla JTD110 ELX, a Y Reg, in grey to get to work.
My previous Fiats are as follows:
Tempra 1.9D Saloon - nasty H Reg white ex-taxi. A complete and utter dog but I liked it for some unfathomable reason. Traded in for:
Punto 1.1 S - M Reg buzzy little box with uncomfortable seats. Traded in after only 8 months for Tempra TDSX:
Tipo 1.9 Tds - F Reg accident damaged car which I rebuilt as a hobby in 1996/97. I ran it for a couple of years and then sold it to my sister in law who ran it for about another 3 or 4 years until she had it scrapped.
Tempra 1.9TD SX Saloon - M Reg bought nearly new in 1996. Superb comfortable reliable car which took us all over Britain and covered 120,000 miles with us until early 2007 when it was traded in for the Multipla described above. My Marea was supposed to be a replacement for this Tempra but we decided at the time that the Tempra was still too good to get rid of. Our second child born in late 2006 finally encouraged us to trade it in for something more practical.
Sorry this intro is so long but as you can see, I do like my Fiats.
