Styling Graphics idea.

Right i want to graphic up my car. I like the car as standard and dont actually like garish graphics. I only want to do it because i am a designer and i want to show off some skills.
So i was thinking what can i do thats not your usual manga on the bonnet and sides. Ive got it, im going to design a vinyl wrap to make the car look proper shiny. Like the cars you see on need for speed but done with graphics. Well thats not exactly original i here you ask. But i have a plan im going to really digitalise it. Make it pixelated so it actually looks like a car out of a computer game.

So what do people think.

its a work of art old man

the car was sold a while ago on gaybay i think, but it lost the graphics by then.

It was xbox themed and had a crazy luminous green interior theme and audio build

at the fast show there was a drift car with graphics on it that were reflective so when the light hit them they had a rainbow colour effect, which looked amazing as it drove around

was it a Nissan 350z? if so it used to have reflective oil slick effect wheels which were awesome..

I dont actually mean garish fast and furious style graphics lol. You know how shiny and highly rendered the cars look in the garage in the car games, i plan to recreate that sort of style with printed vinyl but make it obviously pixelated
A bit like the highlights on this car
Not try to put gash graphics on a real car like picture 2

That would be a really interesting thing to try, I think it would look cool if it came out well.

i imagne there will be a fine line between this looking 5hit hot and just plain 5hit. i hope its the 1st of the 2!

Well its a long way down the line yet, i still gotta breat the 143DB mark and get the engine under way. But how funny would it be if a car looking like it came from a computer game over took you.

Thats why we have photoshop. Does anybody know where there is a free database of scale vector cars.
