Google Street

Anyone else found themselves or their car on Google Street?

I've just had a look properly just now, and sure as hell my cars at work when the car went by. Immortalised forever, n stuff.

But I have seen a few folks who's faces aint blurred and reg's that aint pixelated either. Seems some folk aint happy about that

My area isn't on Google Street yet but my previous previous car is immortalised on Google Earth if you are looking over Carron Valley - it's a spec on the landscape when I was up with a mate scoping out some lines for new trails...

Some say he can be seen on google maps...and that his face doesn't have to be blurred, cos its hidden by a helmet...

All we know is...he's signed* the petition to have Google Maps scrapped :computer:

ermmmmm...... :huh2: it isnt a live satelite view, its loads of old photos stuck together, it will always be daylight on google maps :sunny:, they wouldnt be much use in the dark lol

a refference, so you know what the street you want looks like for traveling and you'll know your in the right place

I've not seen Deliverance but I've done a few firework shows in Kilwinning...and I'm pretty sure the folk that were hanging around us as we set the shows up were where the writer for Deliverance got his idea from!

And while I'm in the slagging off mode - if you look for Kilwinning* on Google Earth it shows a Banjo!

* Delete and replace with any other place as it's a standard joke that can be used wherever you are!

I've nothing against Kilwinning but the chance of a joke was too much to miss.

slag it if u want, a jus want out o it lol. hate the place. full o neds n glasgow overspill lol. thers boys up here that dont obey the built up area speed limit, 30mph. its in the paper this week bout boys speeding and no slowing down or stopping for junctions n the speeds getn lowered to 20mph. they r goin to kill some 1. 1 has already had a head on collision because he never stoped. its crazy !

Move to Symington then, 20MPH speed limit throught the village, plenty of speed bumps for wannabe racers to wreck their cars on, more out in the countryside, tucked away from the A77.
