We often moan about dealerships and their inflated prices / poor customer service, so I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience at Continental in Tufnell Park. Full service plus diagnostic test (engine light had come on) at short notice. The diagnostic showed a faulty lamda sensor but rather than charge for a new one, thet reset it and offered me a discount should it go again. They also knocked £10 off a set of mats. The service was polite, courteous and helpful and I will certainly go back again in future. So if you're in London, I would make this your first stop for repairs and servicing.
