Just popped in there for the first time to get a litre of oil.
got given a price, asked if there was fiat forum discount on that, got £4 knocked off

dont park in the car park if you have a lowered car though, big speed bump on the way out hit bottom of my car

When my car bottomed out on the above speed bump its broke the o2 sensor wire

I've rang up and have to take my car back to show them tomorrow, watch this space to see if they do the right thing........

They did the right thing.

I took the car in today and spoke to a nice man called Simon, he put my car up on the ramp and had a look. Then said he will order the part in and apologised for my car getting damaged, he said he will call me later today to tell me when they expect the part, this he did too and told me the part will arrive on Friday and he will call then and arrange to have it fitted too totally free of charges.

Speaking to another member of staff in the car park and he said Simon was a tech but now works on reception, so if you are looking for a garage where the receptionist actually knows about fixing cars this could be the place for you.

they called back friday like they said they would, i wasnt in so they left message on my answer phone, i was gong to call them back this morning but they recalled me again first, i was expecting a few days wait for a slot for fitting but no they said they can fit me in this afternoon at 2.30

took it in half hour and a free cup of coffee later all done.

dont forget if you need tech advice before booking the car in ask for simon as he is ex tech and mot tester, there was 3 people on the desk today and i am not sure if there other 2 are ex tech
