Panda 1.3 Multijet - glow plug warming light flashes for about 15 seconds after car starts then disappears - any advice please?

Probably one or more glowplugs defective.
(better change them all.)
Have your ECU read at a Fiat dealer to be sure.

if no tester use multimeter set on ohms disconnect each one should read 1.0 ohm tip to body if not duff
