Fiat Ducato 2019 x290 2.3 comfortmatic motorhome 20k miles

Background
I had a Ghost Immobiser II installed (startup from pressing Traction control button) my engine didn’t feel right it was revving high before auto gear change - but thought it was me and Hill start not working button appeared then disappeared.
Goes abroad and drives fine for the 1st 700 miles then I filled up with cheap diesel and it limped away from the fuel station - gears not available. I managed to limped back around to the fuel station to make sure I had put diesel in - yes I had then waited a bit as it was very heavy rain. Drove fine to campsite 60 miles away?
On inspection of the vehicle whilst clearing away the leaves I discovered 5he central windscreen shuttle to be blocked. With the help of a neighbour and internet I managed to unblock the pipe behind the drivers wheel but noticed that the left hand of the engine was wet from the windscreen being block .
Drove about no problem. Then on returning to uk I topped up again with cheap diesel by mistake having filled up 50€ 2 times previously with premium no problem . This time I could not get rid of the no gears code after numerous stops & starts but noticed that in manual mode it was fine so I doubled back from N road to the toll road and kept in manual mode to the Bilboa, filled up with premium and drove to Fiat on return.

Diagnosed
Speaking to the tech, there are 3 fault codes stored in the system.

Two of the three fault codes we believe are related to the immobiliser.
The third to related to the Selespeed system.

Maybe worth speaking to the immobiliser installation people and
asking if they could disconnect the immobiliser and see if the fault
was to return
Had Ghost removed reluctantly by the technician who tried to say Fiat probably never put it in service mode ( I did!) and then new error Glowplugs appeared whilst he was taping it back up , he installed his diagnostic and said it was clear despite flashing lights on dash.

Fast forward a further 500 miles later after kindly borrowing a MES I run the diagnostic and finally had the courage to drive in Automatic mode and only glow plug error appears and I couldn’t clear. Automatic transmission drove normally I had the MES on for a week drove 300 miles testing
Van drove perfectly until……next email
