Getting 18's through MOT

With my 18's on im not getting full lock. I had a look were its rubbing and it doesn't seem as its that important, if I was to push this back could I be failed for it?

Also need new tyres and been quoted £82 for 215/35 18 Khomo fitted and balanced, any body now of a better price?

Finally does the bravo have to be declared of the road cause the MOT is up?

unable to get full lock may be a problem, but i watched them test mine. the guy did go to fill lock each side, but didnt check what was happening with the wheels.

as for off the road, no you dont need to declare it, you only need to tell the if you have no tax.
