Technical Gearchange

Hiya,

I was wondering what people's experience was with their gear stick/change. Mine seem to be quiet tall not sure if this is due to the car's racing pedigree but the gear selection is very vague. Is there a rubber joint that people tend to change that wears out??

To be honest, the average 500 gear shift is a bit like a stick in a bowl of rice pudding, and just about as positive!
