gearboxes... ! ! !

Hi all just a quickie..!!
Does anybody know whether the gearbox on the HGT Bravo is the same on all the various HGT models and the coupe ? Thanks Mike

as long as the donor car has a 5 pot it will fit

Tom thats very true...

Internals is gear ratios, diffs etc... plus some of the coupe boxes have 6 gears!

Tom will be able to advise if the drive splines are different, but i think that you can fit any 5 pot fiat box to another 5 pot fiat (so that includes the stilo aswell)

There are even 4 and 6 pot gearboxes that fit but the ratios are all wrong.

You need the gearbox from the same model car to get the right ratios.

why dont you look for a marea 5 pot gearbox
