If you are based anywhere near Kent it is because AndySx has used them all!!!

He has had to resort to Punto boxes as well!!!!

A punto 'box increases acceleration (ie lower 0-60 time) but decreases your top speed (do you NEED to go over 100mph?) and also increases your fuel consumption at high speeds (not ideal for motorway munchers.)

lol, yeah it could be my fault if you are in the south east :)

the 1.2's have a tendancy of eating gearboxes, some much more than others, it depends alot on how you drive it really.

the punto box is much easier to come by than a bravo box so dependant on who had the car etc and how much they wanted to spend they prob got a punto box.

as said around town and acceleration wise its alot nippier over the original box, but it looses an awful lot of legs on the fast roads.. but as Buzz says, you shouldnt want to find out too often how much the potential has been reduced, but i know exactly the limits of a punto box

oh and on the high speed fuel consumption... Ashs tunder 1.6 returns better mpg on a run than mine does if we are travelling anything above 70!!! but then again as most will know i usually only do 70 when i cant go faster :)
