Technical Gearbox replace

Ducato 1999 - 2.8 diesel. 5 speed manual. engine # 2836034. All gears except for 5th cant get into gear unless turn engine off. Is this something that can be fixded or do I need new gearbox?

I am in New Zealand. Any good place to buy?

Could be clutch dragging if it changes with engine off. Also worth checking rear mount on the greabox when theses are gone gearbox can move and tug on the cables.
