gearbox rebuild and best place to get performance parts

Hi guys i wonder if you can help,

I'm currently fitting a 1242 16v engine from a punto sporting into a classic mini and i was wondering if anyone knows of a rebuild guide for the 6 speed gearbox?

Also where is the best place to get performance parts for the engine such as cams, exhaust manifolds or even lightened/balanced internals and or flywheel?

Which parts of the gearbox would you recomend replacing? just the bearings and seals plus anything thats worn or are there any inherently weak gears that i should replace? etc.

Both the 5 speed and 6speed Punto Box's have Renound Weak Differentials that are easily popped if you Work them to hard
