Technical Gearbox help

so today my gearbox decided to stop going into 4th and 5th and grinds whilst going into third...:bang:

i need a new one.. but is there a gearbox off another fiat that would be a straight fit?... uno?.. cinq?

ive tried looking for panda ones but cant find any!!..

its for a 1994 999cc panda clx.

ive posted in the classifieds for a panda one too, so if you have one please let me know!

cinq wont fit as they use cables and not rod linkages. uno might fit but i expect it might be a fiddle with some new mounts needing to be made.

a third gear grind is very normal. way to get round it is as you change in, do so at really low revs. i usally diengage the clutch whilst braking and it goes in nice and smooth.
