Technical gearbox gear change lever plate

Hi need somebody go under their panda (not 4x4 or automatic) to check the gear box gear change.
What I specifically want to know is the plate numbered 11 on the picture straight or is it bent towards either the driver or passenger side? Many thanks.

Yes making it flat again has sorted the problem

. Careful jacking in future!
