Sorry I'm a bit tied up with house renovations at the moment.
I presume we are talking turbo
Why do you need different shafts?
Yer it’s a 1985 Turbo.
The intermediate drive shaft is about half inch different between top and bottom shift box setups

(that's the O/S bit that's fixed by the alternator bracket.
That's the only bit of the drive shaft I changed when I did the conversion but I've only driven it about 7 feet up and back down the garage so there may be some issues when I get going properly.
Off the top of my head you need
Gear box
Flywheel (they are different)
Clutch Kit
Clutch cable (with mount brackets)
Speedo cable (different thread at gearbox end)
full gear linkage, and the blanking plate for where the old shifter goes through the floor
Some rose joints and threaded bar to make fresh x gear linkages as any second hand ones will be sloppy (thread somewhere on what to do).
the gear linkage pivot that bolts onto the cross member from below for gear linkage
the steering rack heat shield (similar location to pivot)
the gear leaver cowling and centre console with gear gator
centre console that houses the stereo as the mount point for the lower cowling don't match up
AS my Uno is a reshell from an F reg It already has the holes to take the top shift box in the firewall. you may need to make a hole for the gear selector and one or two for the clutch cable pulleys
Think the engine mounts are the same
