I posted a thread a few weeks ago about having problems occasionally selecting gears, i now think it is a problem withthe hydraulic system for operating the clutch. Firstly does the system have its own reservoir supply of fluid and secondly where abouts is the operating cylinder is it below the battery tray as i suspect ? Just a bit more detail just in case any one has any ideas otherwise, it has progressivley got worse over the past couple of months, when i dip the clutch it feels like the clutch has not been disengaged fully and after a few seconds or a couple of pumps of the pedal it usually fully disengages and i can now select gears as i need them, it can be ok then for say the next 10 changes then it does it again usually when changing down gears. I do think that its the fluid either leaking out or drawing air in . . . any suggstions and help would be appreciated
