Technical Gear problem on 20v Turbo

Hallo I have Coupe 20 20v Turbo Plus, '99,
it has 83 tkm and today I had an problem with it's gearbox.
It worked perfectly untill it just become unprecise.The gear leever is loosed, I have to "search" for the gears, and it is very hard to find reverse gear. I didn't hear any sounds or something from gearbox.
Is this gearbox conected with wires with the gear leever or???
What could it be???

it sounds like a dodge linkage?? not sure where abouts tho
