Technical gear oil plug

Anyone tell me where the drain and refill plugs are on my gearbox of my GPS 130 :bang:

Isn't this an unit construction gearbox which uses the engine oil?

You seem to own a unique car. The manual lists the oil capacity for the 1.3 Multijet as 3.2 litres, including the oil filter capacity.

his username is multijet130 which indicates he has the 1.9 multijet, which indeed does take 4.5 litres of engine oil. gearbox and engine oil are seperate. not heard of any modern cars sharing the same oil. gear oil is much thicker than engine oil!

drain for gearbox will be at the bottom, forward facing i think, and filled from the side, use an ouil suctio gun. about £7 on ebay

are they not "sealed for life" or 'oil for life' or something? mine is serviced at fiat, but I'm up to 103,000 miles with (I assume) the same gearbox oil, with no issues.......

I am new to this site, can anyone tell me what oil I should use for my punto r reg, 1.2, as it may need a change and I do not have the service history

service manual says it should be changed every 60k
