garage to do engine conversion

Does anyone know any garages that will put a 1.2 16v or a 1.2 8v engine in my seicento

i'll have an ask around see if anyone is willing to take it on, i know a few top guys in that area, i am right in thinking its an up grade to a 2.4 engine? its a lot of work if it is you will proubaly need new ecu etc..
