To start the ball rolling, here is the first recommendation.

Despite the fact that they are a fully fledged authorised Fiat and Alfa service agent, their attitudes are more like specialists as they are enthusiasts. The business is family run. They will pick the car up, leave you with a car (if you book a car), bring you car back and the standard of service is excellent. Been using them for nigh-on a decade.

I'd like to recommend a garage that is also on the south coast but not in the South West.

The garage is Middleton Garage which is based at Middleton-on-Sea, close to Bognor Regis is West Sussex.

A garage that you can trust. Excellent friendly staff, quality sales team (not pressure selling), Excellent mechanics.

All round A1+ Fiat Dealership.
