500 Fuse keeps popping

Hello all, quick Newbie question, Have a burnt fuse in my Fiat 500 2012. It's a 5 Amp (Tan) for the interior lights (cabin lights). Every time I have tried to replace it with a new, it would pop! Any ideas or suggestion? Much appreciated..
