Hi

I have a Carthago c-tourer 143 motorhome with Ducato chassie from 2012. The cigarett lighter outlet went dead after i used it for a electric pump for the ties. I cant find any information of Ducato model in Carhago document and I got a manual for the Ducato part but in Italien. I have the VIN number ZFA25000002065507. The manual is Fiat Ducato 603.81.355 -11/2009. It says that the fuse for the lighter should in left knee hight for driver . I opend and looked on the fuse holder and it dont correspond with the drawings on page 190 in the manual. I measured the 20 Amp fuses and they are all well. According to manual the fuse should be number F44, but its not there. Where can the fuse be?

Hi guys I am new to the forum new to a 2006 Ducato panel van converted to half fridge/freezer professionally! My cigarette lighter stopped working today after 2000K.... I checked where the fuse should be (knee level drivers side ) to find it ain’t there¿....Would it be under the bonnet too ¿ I am looking to replace it with a decent charge point as it did feel a little slack when put my sat Nav charger in !

2006 was a Ducato model change year, so your vehicle could be either x244, or x250 model range. These numbers relate to the first three numbers of the VIN number e.g ZFA 250xxxxxxx as given above.

The position of the required fuse will differ according to the model.

In the x244 (earlier series), the fuse should be F44 (15A blue), which is located in the LHS cab fuse panel. In my x244 vehicle it is top row, 7th from left.

However if your vehicle is an early x250 model, I would suggest that you investigate the location given in Rayc's post above.

The Fiat Ducato x250 Training Manual lists the fuse on page 120 as fuse 44, but the diagram of the cab fusebox on the same page shows two fuses numbered 42, and no number 44???

I think it is a bit confusing for the X250 as something in the back of my mind tells me that the location/fuse was changed when the 2014 uplift took place i.e black dashboard. My previous post is for post 2014 but I am not so sure about previously when it was the grey dashboard.
Of course I may just be confused!
