Does anyone know if its possible to copy a file from youtube onto a pc???? Id love to put this on my phone

Yes it is possible.

There are many web pages you can use to actually get the video off
youtube, eg. http://keepvid.com/
is a good one.

The file will however download as a "Flash Video File" (.FLV) that probably
won't play on your phone in that format. In that case, you will need to
download something like Applian Technologies "Replay Converter" to convert
to MPEG4 (or whatever your phone accepts, there are
loads of free file converters if you google for something like "FLV to MP4".)

Easy peasy mate, just go to www.zamzar.com, put in the URL of the you tube video (copy and paste from the url box next to the video), choose the version that best suits your phone (eg 3 phone use 3gp) The site is pretty self explanatory.
