I am right in thinking it is just the bottom skirt for sale or is it the complete bumper.

I'm in stoke on trent, I could post but you would have to pay the courier charge.

Yes it is the bottom spoiler. They cost £180 new and its never been touched so i'm looking for about £150 for it.
