Hi there.

I bought some 4 inch speakers to upgrade the current speakers in the front and lack of speakers in the back of a used 1997 Uno MKii Cento I bought. Read fitted a treat, front is an issue since there is no screw guides? The previous speakers where screwed in place from the front with two screws and stuck down with two-way-sticky-tape partially.

Are there any mouldings available for front speaker fitment or do you just figure out something on your own? I don't want to fit anything in the doors, keep the standard positions.

Thanks for the help.

Usually the speakers are fixed with tin countersunk head screws through four holes in the edge of the speaker grid.
Clamps that are pushed over the edges of the speakers function as nuts.
Be sure you use speaker with the same screw-hole circle.
In the back there are mountings in the side-panels for the boot cover.

Thanks guys. I spent about two hours contemplating my move for the front speakers, finally settling on a laminated-wood spacer that I'll mount the speaker to (2 holes are a bit different than the holes in the dash) and then mount the wood spacer to the dash. I'll fit it this weekend weather permitting.
