Hello people.

I need your help.

I have problem with front sliding roof blind with aluminium bar.

Because I need your photos of your cars (sliding blind) from up.

I made mine, for example.

I have to know how to put bar back, because I lost one white plastic (like on left on the last pic)

OK, I found one Bravo with sun roof near my place, so I hope I'll resolve all my doubts.

Thank you, but I don't need pics.

But advice for all us who has panoramic sunroof. It's good to put/add new grease every year on sunroof slides.

I wouldn't put any grease if I were you, it will make it seam fine at first but then the grease will dry out and the roof will start making noises or even stop moving.

if you use liquid sylicone it will stain the head liner inside.

you better not do anything to it, even if the movement seams slow, as long as it doesn't make noises leave it alone.

Can anyone tell me please how the material if fastened to the blind or is it fastened to the alloy bar?

My alloy bar came away yesterday just like the one in the thread :bang: and its now jamming up. I cant have the bar fitted correctly or the material has come away from something.

Any help and photos would be appreciated. Thanks (y)

Check if the two white guiding plastics at both ends are at place. See the last picture in the original post - you'll see what I am talking about, they are at the two ends of the aluminum bar. Chances are if one is missing it's still inside the roof. I had the same issue, but mine was smashed, so I had to make a new one myself.
