Technical Front left Lightbulb wont work

Replace the whole lightbulb assembly ?

What is happening there with the yellow cable? Looks damaged. Is it damaged?
Replace if you can find new assembly but first make sure the cables are ok there and working. Is voltage coming there?

Yes but also the socket looks cooked and damaged so I’m at the electrician now he said he may have a socket that fits so working on that

He said he will order a custom socket from abroad will come in like 2-3 weeks so I guess will drive with one light on till then. Luckily the nights are short. Also fixing the famous rear hatch wiring loom 1-2 of the cables ripped so the rear boot latch doesn’t work and neither does the rear number plate lights

You can loose the socket and hook the wires contacts to light bulb until then.

Nevermind he found a spare socket from a previous customer that didn’t need it for their Fiat 500! So getting it fixed now for good

All fixed, back on the road. Nice to have zero warning lights on the dash, now only if I would get the DRL wiring fixed! (No incentive to I just disabled them so the warning light is off)
