Technical Front door speakers

I'm planning to change front door speakers in my 98 Weekend. Is it necessary to take off the whole side?? I saw 4 screws at the side and 3 at the bottom side of the door...
Is size 130x180 correct for speakers?

That speaker size is correct, yes (5x7 inches).

You do have to take the whole door card off, yes. Probably better to do that anyway so you can maybe stick some sound proofing on.
