From Punto To Citroen C2 VTS

i passed my test in a c2 1.1

hateful car

the brakes as you mention are the biggest flaw, it's an on off switch

the steering is pathetic, no feel through it

the vts id assume is much better than the 1.1 though, at least it will move and not top out at 61mph

did it come with white alloys as standard ? they really suit it

Give it another year or two and this is the new saxo. Not sure on what I think about the car, looks very tidy though and the white alloys suit it very well.

Keep us updated on your colour coding etc. Sounds like good plans.

I love the steering on this, feelsso much better than the punto's so maybe yes the VTS is abit better on that?
I've also heard its top end it 126mph so abit better than 60 haha but I daren't even go anywhere near that speed!

The white alloys come on the GT version of the C2 as standard - VTS alloys are just plain silver, but thanks!

I'll update more when I have any funds for plans to happen

I passed my test in a C2 aswell. One of my fav french cars after the Clio 197 Cup.

definitely worth colour coding the door handles as well as the mirrors, will make a big difference.

Nice car indeed. My first car was a C2 GT. You should try and get a GT front grille on her, will set it off at the front

have you got the flappy paddle gearbox in this or is it a normal gearbox?

Itll be the normal 5 speed manual. Cant get a VTS with the paddles, only the 1.6 VTR comes with the automatic box. Awful gearbox in the VTR's.

i remember test driving one with the flappy paddles... talk about the crappest auto/flappy paddles ive ever driven

othr then that it was a nice car!

I thought it was the VTR, and i've also heard very very bad things about the gearbox in that.
